We are a leading reconditioned photocopier service provider and are seeking for qualified individuals for the following position:

Admin cum Accounts Clerk


  • Handling all admin responsibilities
  • Assist team when required to prepare quotation, service reports, invoice and receipts
  • Assist in purchasing and creditor payments
  • Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Good Computer skills
  • Knowledge of accounting software will be an advantage


  • Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): admin duties, book keeping, clerical and office work, Clerical Administration, MS Office.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.

Marketing and Sales Executive


  • Responsible for business development to achieve sales target and market share.
  • Identify market opportunities.
  • Acquire and secure new accounts, maintain relationship with existing and new customers/business partners.
  • Conduct site visit at customers’ locations.
  • Report to managers about sales and marketing activities.


  • Good interpersonal skill and self-motivated person.
  • Result oriented with constant desire to earn high income.
  • Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.

Field Technician


  • To initiate troubleshooting and repair of photocopier and printers breakdown.
  • Able to handle a challenging technical environment.
  • Be part of the Service Team in maintenance of Multifunctional printers and carrying out support and maintenance.
  • To handle new equipment installation, commissioning, testing and training
  • To work closely with management or customers to ensure meet client requirements & expectation .


  • Candidate must possess at least a Certificate, Diploma in Engineering Telecommunication, Mechanical, Electrical/Electronic, Computer or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Fresh graduates with good communication skills and personality are encourage to apply.
  • Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
  • Preferably junior executives specializing in Office Automation/Installation/ Maintenance/Repair or equivalent.
